We were notified this week that the text feature for the parent alerts in the Ascender Parent Grade Portal is not currently working and will not be an option in the future. Please choose email as your preferred method of communication to receive your alerts. To check your selection, go to "Alerts" in the Ascender Parent Grade Portal and choose "Set Alerts." From there, you will choose "Email" as your notification type.
